“Get your Hoop Shoot pins here!” Blinn spent 48 years volunteering with the Hoop Shoot, and wherever he served, you’d hear him drumming up business like a carnival barker. He got started the day he was initiated at Haverhill, Mass., Lodge No. 165. Blinn served as a Lodge, District and State Director before spending 16 years as Regional Director. He made the Hoop Shoot fun and memorable at every level.
