Jacob Bower

Jacob Bower is the youngest of five boys—all of whom competed in the Hoop Shoot. In 1997, Jacob became the only one in the family to earn the title of Frank Hise National Champion.
Jacob went on to become a stand-out athlete, earning the Idaho Gatorade Player of the Year award in basketball in 2003 and the Junior College Player of the Year for football in 2007.
After his son, Wayne, advanced to the National Finals in 2019, Jacob became an Elks member and continues to volunteer with the program today.
