Gragg became Topeka, Kan., Lodge No. 204’s Lodge director the day he joined the Elks and proceeded to serve the program for 40 years as a Lodge, District and State Director, culminating in 15 years as the Regional Director of West Central Region 8. He maintained relationships with the families that passed through the program, attending many basketball games, graduation ceremonies, and even a wedding. He’s now a member of Atchison, Kan., Lodge No. 647.
