Torres has been the Regional Director for West Region 7 for 21 years and counting. He worked his way through every level of the Hoop Shoot, serving as Lodge, District and State director. Torres was the youngest Exalted Ruled in Coalinga, Calif., Lodge No. 1613 history. He’s a beloved mentor for State and Regional Directors. And yes, Larry can dunk.
