Fuller launched the Hoop Shoot program at Cynthiana, Ky., Lodge No. 48. Over the course of 40 years, Fuller rose through the ranks of Lodge, District and State Director before becoming Regional Director of Central Region 9. Though he retired from the Regional Director position after 13 years, he continues to volunteer with the program.
