Cowgill made it to the National Finals four times and won a Frank Hise National Championship every time. He won a Getty Powell Award and an Emile Brady Award, too. The Cowgill family is a Hoop Shoot dynasty. C.J.’s younger siblings Dakota and K.C. made it to the finals twice each, and Dakota’s sons, Camden and Kaden, have made it to the finals four and three times, respectively.
